I purchased a new apple i phone from cricket. It was loaded with unsolicited messages. 20 were to a person named Rose. the rest were Car loan, bank loan boys scouts and a couple phorone. All the contact numbers seemed to end with 4747. area  codes 269,213,859,217,608. I contacted  Cricket. They are finding out how this happened on a new phone.

This sounds like it was used by an Apple employee, shipper,  merchant or by someone who had access to the phone before it was sold. I doubt anyone coming here would find your info or those numbers useful in determining who might have been trying to call them from this number.
