I recieved a missed call from no: +2699109250 around 15:31 today, kindly suggest what to do, should I? , dont have ne idea??  from where is this no.?

I hv gt misdcall on 2 nd june 2014.. same day fraud's msg on this site from same number..  i cudnt receive that call.. so wanna know why did u call me@ fRAUD??
