I called this number. It was an automated call for United States Prescription card department, whatever that is!

late after noon one ring only and hung up on itself with no message...Southern Indiana resident.

Received unsolicited call from this number.  Showing from Paducah, KY.  Left no message.  I live in KY.

Got a call from this number at 11:32am, 12 Dec 2012.  Only rang twice, left no message.

I have recieved several unwanted calls from this automated number.

Unwanted telemarketer, I answered and they hung up after about 5 seconds. I called back and it was the prescription crap and they wanted my name and address.

Rang 2 and hung up. Left no msg

i received a call from this number. i called them back and was forced to leave a message. in my message i told them my number is on the do not call registry, please do not ever call me again, and i will be filing a complaint. i went to dontcall.gov and filed a complaint

It iis for a free  (?) discount prescription card - your salary must be under $65,000 per year & if you are on medicaid or medicare you cannot receive one.

Several calls several nights in a row, same as above, 2 rings and hang up.
