National School Choice charity "inviting you to an event in your community" . . . nuisance, but probably allowed as a "non-profit".  Not worth blocking for us because they call once a year.

I read the above, and if they are the "National School Choice Charity" that probably means its some right-wing school voucher advocacy [***] "survey"; trying to convince you to donate to their cause and vote their way because they want to make you believe it's a good idea to shell out tax payer dollars to private (often religiously-oriented) schools, instead of fixing the broken public school system. Look further and you'll realize that this is all because all of their kids go to private schools and they don't want to give "their" tax dollars to "poor kids' schools" they'll never use anyway.
