They hv been calling a lot in last week.  Caller ID says "SSI" so haven't been answering.  However, did finally to see who it was and ask them to quit calling.  They are political survey people.  Asked them to take us off their calling list; we will see if it stops.

Registered on the national do not call list and still receiving unwanted calls.

I, too. Just received a call from this number. I appeared local, so I picked it up, but just sounds and clicking on the other end. Caller IDsaid ISS.

I too am getting calls from SSI.  They hang up when I answer.  How do I get  rid of them?  I am on a Do Not Call List.

Surveys are exempt from the Do Not Call list restrictions.

Suggest you log into their website, or tell the caller that you do not want to participate.
The REAL SSI will then put you on their internal Do Not Call list.

Yep. I actually answered. I was greeted by a semi-freindly woman who told me to take a survey for $100 gift card. Was transferred to a Middle Eastern gentleman who wanted by credit card info. Transferred to another Middle Eastern gentleman who also wanted to know my credit card info for this "free" gift card. At first I didn't hang up because I thought "Hey it might be legit" bit then I was on the phone for way too long and got incredibly irritated, repeat repeat, repeat. GIVE ME YOUR INFO sobI can not charge you? I'm sorry , but I'm a little paranoid about that. So I hung up. Can you say block list? Yaaayyyy!!!!

Called 4/1/16 6:22pm CDT.  I answered because I'm on disability, and I thought the call was related to that.  Turned out to be some sort of survey call instead.  When I realized that, I hung up.

Didn't realize this was a survey call thank you to everyone for the info!
I answered and the caller told me told me it wasn't a sales call and when she continued the phone call cut out like she hung up. lol fine by me!

Very unprofessional young girl called said she was with some survey.  Told her number was on the Do Not Call list and never call the number again... we'll see.

Called 10/6/16 5:35pm CDT.  Should've checked this before I answered, I got suckered by the "SSI" thing again.  They wanted to talk to my husband.  I hung up.

They called me yesterday. I didn't answer. Thanks for above info about them.

This number, caller ID is SSI, is calling incessantly! I finally answered and very firmly told them to stop calling and take our number off their list. They are still calling just as much as before. VERY annoying.

I don’t personally know if the above link will actually take you off their list, but I have been told a couple of times that it does work.

Claims to be survey takers.  I don't trust much of anything anymore. Also heard survey takers are exempt.......not in my house. Screw "em.
