they jus called n said i wad a winner of an all inclusive trip to florida n all i had to pay was 574. for me n hunny to go. plus our own travel to florida. stated they were fron r.c.i. but when i asked for a number to call them back after i did my own research they would not. jus kept asking me for my expiration date and 16digit credit card. which was pre approved!!lol. i dont own a credit card!!! has anyone else recieved this call. they said i was one of 3 winners out of 75000entries.

The same thing happened to me at about 9pm tonight. said i had won a trip to florida, free rental car and passes to disney. she said her name was stacey. i tried asking her on which site i entered and she told me she didnt have that information, then quickly changed her story that it was a promotion through hotmail. every time me and my boyfriend said we werent interested, she kept desperately trying to keep us on the phone, trying to sell us on the trip in an over-enthusiastic voice. they wanted a one-time fee from us too. just remember, on the canadian government anti-fraud site it says that in canada no legitimate contest/sweepstakes will EVER ask you for any kind of money after you already won a prize. i made sure to report it to them. you should too. just email info@antifraudcentre.ca. that will make our cases stronger and hopefully they'll look into them and catch those scammers.

I saw this number on my call display. When I attempted to call it back it said the number was no longer in service,call again, goodbye.  HELLO @@@ Do not call list in Canada.......[***] whoever you are. NOT interested

I got a call at work, they conferenced in my wife as well and it seemed so bellieveable. We hung up after so long. This was around 11:45am. It was the same as you guys to. There are 4 of us now so it has to be something up eh. Hope something comes out of this and it gets straightened away.

I got it also.  I won a trip - I didn't pay attention to where.  They guy was reading a script, talking fast, strong accent, not very fluent.  I said I don't travel anymore and do not enter contest for trips.  Oh, he just kept on yapping away, so I hung up.

got a call from this number.guy telling me i won a trip to florida all expenses paid, blablabla.  guy kept talking very fast, refusing to repeat clearly, but i kept asking him to clarify whatever he was mumbling while asking me for my credit card .. he hung up on me...unsettling that he had so many info about myself...

I got the same call, and found this page while Ruth was giving me her spiel. The number on the phone was 1-289-804-1598, but sounds exactly what you've written here. I kept telling her if it was a real prize she wouldn't be asking me for any money. It was for Disney World Orlando and the Bahamas, and all I had to pay was 10% of the almost $3000 total prize! I received a call from 1-289-804-1598, the caller is Ashley, she said I won a trip to Disney word and the Bahamas, and aggressively asked me for my credit number, they knew the first letter of my credit number and my home address by saying that they are mulch-billion dollars company and complying with all the law. Too dangerous to give out the credit number over the phone!

Some people are as low as you can go!!

This number has been calling my house phone and cell phone consistently for weeks.
They wont tell me their agent ID numbers, how they have my contact information, or what country they are calling from. I would say this is a scam!

This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls
