    This guy named Alexander Carter (in some other websites: Frank Leo ) pretending to be Immigration consult officer and lawyer, asking me to provide my passport copy, passport photo, marriage certificate and etc. He says if they approve to apply you have to pay me $500 CA Dollars , so I can go further.
