This number called claiming to be some debt consolidation companybut

got a call on my cell no message left
i have not gotten any wierd calls on my cell for over a year
now all of a sudden i quit vonage and i'm getting solicitaion and wierd calls right and left
i think someone sold my phone number
i'm also on the no call registry, but thats a government crock too

A debt consolidation company who claimed that I inquired on the internet. I didn't so they must be calling people randomnly hoping they have debt problems.

that number 301.246.0988 called my cell phone. She claimed she was with clearupmydebtnow. I would like to know how she got my cell phone number?? I googled and could not find them. I do not have debt, nor would I have ever solicited help!

She said i requested thier help to consolidate my debt, I told her to take my name off her damn list. She hung up the phone.....

Received a call from 301-246-0988, left no message hell don't even know how in the hell they got the number.

Received a call from this number 3 times. Twice, when I answered, there was no one there, the third time, the number showed up as a missed call.

This number called my cell phone.  When I answered, I got no response.  I believe they are trying to run some kind of scam.  I've received several calls like this in the past few weeks.  Hope these no good so & so's are caught soon!

I recieved a call from this number today.
I said hello and no one answered. After the pause I said helo again and was about to hang up when she asked is this (my name). I replied "This is your lucky day. Propper Etiquette is to state Your name, then state why you are calling, and then ask for the person you wanted to talk to".
She hung up.... surprise surprise

Got a call today on my cellphone from this number. When I answered no one was there. they just hung up. Something should be done about telemarketers calling cell phones we pay for their advertising!

I also got 2 calls from them and have gotten a text message from them in the past... Since when did I have to avoid telemarketers on my CELL PHONE?? I told them both times to remove my name because I also don't have any debt or contacted anyone about help. I than went to the National No Call Registry and filed a complaint, I've been on the no call list for almost a year now and this is the only company I've had problems with.

This number has called me a few times but never leaves a message.  I don't answer the call.

This number called me yesterday AGAIN!  I have already reported it to the Do Not Call registry, since I am a member.  I've been asking them to take me off their call list but it doesn't seem to work because they keep calling.  the RUDE guy, JOHN that answered the phone told me it logged my number in to the phone so they won't call anymore, however, they still do.

I usually get a rude Indian guy calling me every week about debt relief. I have $0 debt so I know it's a scam. Last month, I kept him on the phone for 30 minutes giving him all kinds of phony information. When he ran into problems, I started talking to myself intentionally in the background "Got that detective, have enough recorded, tracer found, alright move out for arrest" Needlesstosay, the calls stopped for awhile.

Now today I get a call from 301-246-0988. I couldn't hear the call very well but I asked him for his name and a call back number and he told me his name was Robert. I could call him back at 301-375-0940. He sounded like a white guy in his 30ties.

I called back and the number was for online degrees.

I don't know how to make these calls stop but I seriously think it was because I filled out information on lowermybills.com 2 years ago when I was looking to refinance a house. Did anybody else use this site?

Get calls to my Cell from 301-246-0988 2-3 times week and multiple times a day. I have never answered.
Got to thinking what "M" said about lowermybills.com...i went to a web site that was texted to my phone, this site supposedly helps sell your home if doing a sale by owner. It was no help. But it seems the 301-246-0988 calls seemed to start soon after visiting the web site.
