calls are harassing, this person keeps calling until you answer, back to back to back.  he says His name is Joe with under privilaged kids and call is being recorded.

calls me everyday if i don't pick up they call back within 2 minutes.

Kept calling and calling and calling and calling.  I picked up and said nothing.  The person hung up.  Now blocked.

Calls daily. If you don't answer they call back to back up to 3 - 4 times.  They do not leave voice mail. If you try to call back with blocked number, their line sounds busy all the time. They have called me for the pass 3 days nonstop and its now becoming annoying and its board line harassment! If this was a company, I am sure they would leave a voice mail......

have gotten several  calls from this  number , never leaves mess. I  called the  number  back  ,,first time  got no answer , second time  I  got recorded mess to  put number  on do  not call list , they  continue to call  now  I have blocked number . clearly  it is a harassing caller , I recommend  do  not answer , and block right away .scam scam scam

yes clearly  harassment  call  police , and phone  co. make a formal complent with police , then call phone co. and give them report number , they can  prosecute
