It's plays music when you call back and it is do college locate...

A white male, sounding approx 26-30 years in age, stating that he got our number from the internet and would like to see if we would like to further our education or get a degree etc.  I Nicely, attempted to advise him, that I would not be interested and that it when you find out that this man in not a professional at all.  He then began to be sarcastic and cut me off - and he seemed to enjoy his sarcasm.  He really is not interested in if you want a degree. It would seem that this caller has been hired by a marketing firm via internet or he seemed to demonstrate a psychotic nature, by his voice.  This young man, is very troubled.  Please report if he calls.  I provide training and development to companies in the area of customer service and I am very good at what I do.  Tone and presentation via telephone.   This guy like to harass his callers and is not in it for the sale.  That is why I have come to the conclusion; He is mentally challenged and possibly dangerous.

Can you believe he called me back - This is what my concern is? You do not know if he is in your neighborhood or what?  I have reported the incident to the local authority.  Please take the time to research the other complaints about this guy. Why does he have so many complaints: or people attempting to search or locate this fool.  I will tell you why? If he is not a scammer, my second guess is that he is some type of pervert.  You could tell he liked, being rude and nasty without fear of complaint of loosing his supposed job.  He seemed very comfortable and calm - yet nasty.  His presentation was not tailored and he is not a professional.  He is a freelancer. He has just started his sick satisfaction for harassing people and God only knows how far he will take it.   I work on the phone with more than 150 clients per day, My job is to analyse the caller and or representative for quality assurance - training and development.  He is a loose Canon.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Phone call no message

This person called and wouldn't say anything

Keep getting calls from people regarding furthering my education.  Told one person to stop and now calls are coming from other numbers regarding the same thing.

several calls I did not answer ,, I do  not  know what or who this  number is , but from the other  comments ,I will block it the next time  I get the  call , I may answer  just to see what they have to say  , then block ,with no response
