Just got a call from this number. They left a message. A robo call. Wanted to buy my house for cash. Maryland number calling me in CA. Don't pick up! Fraud!

Scam wants to buy my house for cash mans voice on message I called the number back it was a India women woh could hardly speak english

Several calls and voice mails from this number.  "Hello my name is Adrian, I'm calling in regards to your property.  the reason I'm calling is because I'm looking to buy in your area".  Obviously a  scam robocall and I see someone above called the number and got a call center in India.  No surprise there!

This group called me TWICE today, on different phone numbers.  Some barely literate person says he's calling on behalf of "Carlos," an investor in California, who wants to buy my house.  Except the call comes from Maryland.  And ask the guy a question and he completely falls off script and has to start over.  It would almost be funny, if it weren't so annoying.

Scammer! Beware! Do not answer!

SPAM/Robo -- Calls every day work, home, cell waiting to "buy my property".  Needs to be deleted.

Called my office and didn't leave a message. After 7 PM!

I got the "Adrian" message as above today.  I wasn't even considering it a scam until reading the other comments; we get lots of postcards and letters to the same effect from people we assume only want to buy a house cheap to get the land under it to build on.

After a long wait there was a lady who claimed she didn't hear me
