Calls and doesn't leave a message

I'm a DE resident but recently started receiving calls from random DE area code numbers (302) for the past month or so.  Caller(s) hang up after the first 2 rings and never leave voice mail messages.  Very frustrating since I'm a small business owner and can't tell scam/spam calls from new client calls.

Receiving the same call everyday...Who is this and what are they trying to do??? I'm in California.

Plantium Rewards for cash back deal to receive a $100 discount. I don't know if this is a scam or not. They called and let it ring once. I called back and you can press 1 to get your discount or 2 to be placed on the DOC. I pressed 1 and spoke to someone who said "Thanks for holding." I asked her for the company name. I did request a cash back deal from my credit card a few days ago. But she never mentioned BOA or any other credit card. She just said it was Plantium rewards and she spelled it for me. She asked for my name so I could receive a rewards card for Walmart. I was a little nervous so I just said I wasn't interested. I hope I didn't miss out on a free $100 gift card!
