I called them back.
Someone answered speaking quickly as if reading from a script.
I asked for the Company name. She answered again speaking quickly.
I asked her to please slow down, as I could not understand her.
Then she repeated: "Hamelton Jacob and Associates"
Which I was able to track down: https://www.hamiltonjacobsandassociates.com/contact.html
I asked her name: "Ashley"
I asked her last name: "Ashley"
I asked again for her last name: "My name is Ashley"
I asked, do you have a last name?: "No"
I said thank you, and hung up.

This is a fake Company.
This company gets fake reviews on Yelp from people living in CA, despite the Coimpany being in Delaware (they claim to have used their services for "about a decade", despite the website only existing for a few days (at that time).

Do not provide any personal information to them.
