Robocall claiming they were serving legal notice that we were the subject of a civil action and to return the call to learn the details. The caller did not identify themselves, did not name us, and did not describe the nature of the claimed legal action. We presume it is a scam, as the call came to a phone number that we have not shared with anyone outside of 4 or 5 family members.

I received a call from 302-204-4045 with the same statements so I called them back. They wanted me to verify my last 4 of my Social which I would not then my birthdate which I would not. The “case worker” as she referred to herself got very angry. I told them if they had all my info why arent they mailing me something. She claimed they did but the address was an old one so I told her obviously you do not have everything and this is a scam. She went on to tell me it will go larger and larger against my social. Do these ppl think we are that stupid. For anyone reading this do yourself a favor and Do Not even call them back. Stay safe this world is full of scam artists and shame on anyone willing to take such a job.

Got a robocall call from 302-204-5737, stating the same details as above...that I have been named in a civil suit and that my lawyer and I have 72 hours to call them back to make a statement. Don't call them back. It's a scam. They want you to call back so they can try to collect your private information.

Robo call from  302-204-4169 threatening that a lawsuit will be filed against someone named "you" if the person named "you" doesn't call back by the close of business. The name of the law firm and the name of the caller aren't even mentioned in the message. They put zero effort into this lazy scam.

While they are still at it!!   Particularly nasty, since they make it sound so official, incomparable cooperation with the federal government.  They should be investigated.

Even though behind the scenes - they sound like eighth grader primitive mentality who hired a woman to sound like an adult.

302-204-4469 calls EVERYDAY and pretends to be collectons, Medicare or loan and car warranty companies. I want theses calls to STOP. Sometimes they use the name of and ask for Louise. People named Bathgate used to have my number.
