Called office, no response to greeting just dead air.  Will pick up and hang up from now on.  CID showed number and below that where name usually is, the number again with no dashes which is always a dead giveaway that the number is spoofed.

This is a collection agency blind robo-calling numbers that may or may not be associated with the individual they are looking for.  If you return their call they say thew will remove your number from their system.

I received a call from this company. I called back and they stated that I received money from them on a payday loan, from a plaintiff of Bell Capitol Corp.  I never had a loan form Bell Capitol Corp.  I told them any loan that I have ever had was paid in full.
