Delay in the time from when I said hello to when the caller spoke. Delays in between each time they asked me a question and when I responded. Asked for me by name and if I still live in my current state, which they named. (I didn't say yes or no, didn't acknowledge my name.) Then asked if I was interested in discount car insurance. (I don't own a car, which I also did not acknowledge with them.)

Missed a call from 302-231-4314 in Delaware.  No voicemail was left.  Haven't gotten a car insurance quote in a while, but I am prone to them.

After reading Anoy's comments of April 22, 2019, I will never respond with a yes or no response to the caller.  I've heard about these types of scams ....Thanks Anoy for sharing your report about the caller.

This # calls my cell phone several times a day with no message left.
