received this call.  It was a recording ,  A woman with an indian accent saying she was with the IRS and 4 warrants had been issued in my name for tax fraud,   I was to call this number back. For a kick I called and it sounded like a boiler room with lots of noise in the back ground,  The guy who answered said his name and FBI in a very heavy accent.  When I requested that they take me off their list because I was not going to fall for their scam he said the IRS had already sent them a file on me and I was a criminal and a liar and a few other obscenities, I laughed and told him to come and arrest me then.
