This number calls me at least once per day wanting to lower interest in credit cards I don't have. When I press 1 to speak with someone the minute they answer the phone and I ask them to please take my phone number off their list, they hang up on me. You can't dial the number back because a recording comes on stating this is not a working number.

This company is a scam company  never a message,  just a recording when you answer saying this is your last opportunity, we wont tellyou again  type of crap..   anyway they suxor....

this number has been calling for for days. I answered, pressed 1 and spoke to a gentleman who wanted to know if i wanted to lower the rates. I asked who he was and where he was from and he said they represent alll 551 card services in the usa. he said they are card member services representing all cred cards. i asked for further information and he kept telling me I seem confused. He said they dont pull a credit report but I was pre qualified - when I asked how I was pre qualified, he got very evasive and nasty. they wont send any email of information or via fax. they wouldnt answer some important questions and the guy got very defensive. When I asked to have my name removed - he berrated me for wasting his time bla bla bla

these people keep calling!!  they are very nasty when you talk to them and hang up on you.  it did not start happening until i ran my credit through MemberOne Federal Credit Union and Kawasaki Motors.

These people keep calling then hanging up when I inform them I am on a national nocall list!

Same experience as the others with this number. Caller ID states it is out of Bridgeville, DE.

I asked the rep for the name of the company and she told it was "Account Services". I called her on that and asked her the 'real' name, and she put me back on hold.

I am also on the "Do Not Call" list.

I wish someone would find out who this company is!!!

On 5-6-11  got a call from this number and let them talk to the voice machine.  They said this is your last chance to get a good deal in fixing the rate on your credit cards.  The ironic thing is ------I don't have or do credit cards.   I HAVE TOLD THESE PEOPLE TO STOP---------THE WHISTLE NEXT TIME.

Good thing I checked this out! Almost accused my husband of shady business!!! Since no one has my number except him and there was never a message!  I'll ask my cell phone provider to block it! Thanks everyone for the information!

This is a scam at best.  I pushed the 1 button and they knew my name (even though I have had this number a short time).  They asked me if I would like to lower my credit card interest rate.  When I told the man that I did not own a credit card he hung up.  I called the number back and it is an non-working number.  My guess is they are trying to get people's personal info and then charge stuff on your card/in your name.

I periodically get calls from this number, but have never answered.  According to Reverse Lookup, it's an unlisted number in Bridgeville, Delaware.  I am also on the National Do Not Call List and would like to get rid of these pests, but the only way to get more information is to pay for it.  Since it's unlisted, I am reluctant to pay and then find that I'm no wiser than before.  It seems like there must be a way to report things like this to the NDNC List, but I don't know what it is.

I have received the same call with the same issue as everyone above. Please, take a few moments to go to the national Do Not Call Registry and file a complaint if you are on the do not call list.  The more of us that do, the easier it will be for someone to file a complaint with their local law enforcement, and there will be a history of them harassing others. I try to take the time to do this whenever I get a phone call from this company with the multiple numbers they use.

I got missed call from this number on my privet cell phone; they left the empty (just noise) voicemail.

THIS MAY BE A SCAM. As of 10/27/2010, it is *ILLEGAL* for companies to charge up front fees for unsecured debt like credit card debt http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2010/07/tsr.shtm that states "fees for debt relief services may not be collected until ... the debt relief service successfully renegotiates, settles, reduces, or otherwise changes the terms of at least one of the consumer’s debts." Reducing your interest rate on a credit card is changing-the-terms so if they want you to pay them up front, it's a SCAM.

Oops... that should have read "to charge up front fees for help on unsecured debt."

I got the same call right after I got one from:

Which while checking the number does the same thing as this call/number does. (ie. lower credit card blahblah blah.)

Got a call on 5/6/11 815 pm. Hit 1 and line went dead. Tried calling back, said number out of service.

these calls keep coming to me also, but they are from different states, delaware, georgia, can't remember where the other one came from. also told them to quit caller and lose my number. I have a private number so I don't know how they got this.

Filed complaints with FTC and FCC web sites.  Added number to my blocking list.

Just received the call and thought something had to be wrong.  I googled the number and did a reverse look up and ended up on this site.   I'm not on a do not call list but it's my work cell phone and I work for a cell phone company and will ask that this number be blocked from calling.
