I wasn't home. they didn't leave a message. says "laurel de" on caller id

Exempt from DNC list as they handle calls as a third party for B2B, non-profit, and political organizations.  You can register to be removed from their calling list on their website at http://www.callmeyer.com/contact.htm or email them at dnc@callmeyer.com.

Keeps calling and no one answers.  It is getting annoying.

I've been getting a call from this number at least once a day for over a week now. The number they call is not a number that I give out. The few friends who were given my number have been instructed to use another one instead. Because of this,  I suspect something or someone is dialing every combination of phone numbers in this area in succession.

RECIEVED CALL AT 8.49 ON AN dnc NUMBER RESTRICTED TO SECURITY AND FOR FAMILY EMERGENCIES, ON DNC LIST.
aWOKE (UP SINCE 4AM) ran down to answer the phone fearing emergency only to have a pre_recorded message which after over an hour have managed to trace to a land line in laurel with no information PRE RECORDED MESSAGE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY CALL BACK BETWEEN 8-5 IF YOU WANT TO BE REMOVED FROM LIST, YET THEY HAVE THE GALL TO CALL AT 8.49PM.  cOULD NOT GET INFORMATION FROM VERIZON ON IDENTITY EVEN THOUGH IT IS LISTED AS A LAND LINE.  hOW CAN WE STOP THIS, WE HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS IN HEALTH CRISIS WHO CANNOT BE IGNORED YET OUR SLEEP IS DISTURBED BY IDIOTS LIKE THIS WHO DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE WHEN CALLED BACK.

Don't see any recent complaints but would have our phone cut off if not needed for security company.
How can they call at 8.49pm, awaken a couple from sleep who work 6 days a week and rise at 4pm. Then when we call them back there is a recorded message telling us to call in "business hours" am on do not call list.
Called Verizon 7 times to get name of business and owner but to no avail, was suggested we call police, but don't they have enough on their plate!
If anybody is monitoring this site please let us know, otherwise we will find the person who resides in Laurel DE, but we should not have to have our sleep disturbed having taken all precautions to avoid it.

I was called from the clean air of my garden to come to the phone to answer a call from this number---I was told they did not want money but wanted to connect me to a politician to beg for the Clean Air Act to be upheld.....hmmm........I was told that although I am on the do not call list, they are immune from its restrictions.......hmm.....the governmnet passes laws and their agents are exempt.........I asked to be removed from the list------we had two wrong numbers this morning before 7AM to add to the stress of our day........

They called me today and I picked up. A young lady asked for another person who I get calls for all the time - apparently a previous owner of my phone number. I advised the lady that the person she requested is a previous owner of this number and she said "thank you" and apologized, hungup.
