Recorded message from a person saying he is from the federal government and the call should be not be ignored.  Then leaves the number:  302-387-8391.

A voicemail left on my phone saying that I have misconduct by hiding info from the government on my tax return and to please call them back at this number ASAP

Left a message saying they are from IRS
And to return their call.  This stuff makes me so angry

Don't know how to beat that? Eliminate the one way they're able to leave messages if you can. That can get them tired of calling your number with time. I have NEVER talked to Habib from India's IRS or heard from them, either. I've gotten ONE call that was reported as a bogus IRS call since the scam popped up. No chance to leave me messages and I don't answer numbers I don't know in any way. A call blocker/app may be able to stop them also since not everyone can be without an automatic answer.~I Was Prepared~JustinCase
