Be aware - this scammer went as far as to spend $20 to priority mail me a physical check with Commercial Laundry Equipment listed as the company -- I called the company and they said that they had multiple complaints and that the checks were not issued by their company.  The scammer listed stevemax01@yahoo.com as his email

Bring the check, and the envelope in which it came, to your local post office.
Tell them the story.
The postal people will pursue a "using the mails to defraud" case

This person is texting with the same certified check/shipper will pick up the bike.  Would love for this idiot to get busted.

Called and text trying to scam all seemed sketchy.

This person is running a craigslist scam in which he will send you a bad check for more than the amount of the item and have you pay a private shipper the remainder it takes approximately 1-2 weeks for the check to return and this person has your item and the thousand dollars in shipping cost

Texting me trying to buy a car and same scenero wants to send a certified check and then a carrier to pick up the car too fishy for me tried calling the number but had to leave a message no return call.beware just a scam he says hes from delaware.

Texted me a cryptic message about wanting to buy my Craigslist item.

Responded to a Craigslist ad to advertise for a company. They sent me a $2,100 check with Commercial Laundry Equipment Company listed on the right hand side. Lists phone number as 843-564-8613 AND 402-922-4634.
