Called about an Amazon purchase that I didn't make - total scammer

Called about Amazon purchase I didn’t make.  When asked said they were calling from California. I then called them back and they said they were in Washington.

SAME!!!

Said i purchased item for 300.00+ from amazon etc.  big scam

They said they were Amazon when I confronted them as being a scammer they hang up. Every time. Asked to speak to a supervisor and I was put on hold for a while till I hung up. Scammers need to be prosecuted and jailed.

Call came in from 302-400-7080....I did not answered and they did leave any message saying I need to call them back to talk to a representative... it was a dam robo call!  Unsafe! How gullibly do they think we are?

Same - Attempt to run scam.

Called stating that my Amazon account was charged $500.00 and to call this number back if I did not make a purchase.  SO I blocked the number then called it -- caller (with foreign accent) states Amazon security, so I asked why we were getting calls about $500.00 charged to your account and he asked for my name. I said "NO way in H "  then he hung up. Blocked blocked blocked  I got a quick fix for them !!!

Not the first time I've received this message, just a different number. Still have never used Amazon, still don't have a Visa card.

Caller ID labeled it as "SPAM? NEW CASTL"  The good news is it is labeled as SPAM.  The bad news is someone will fall for this and lose money.

Got a robo call from this number saying I'd had a purchase of 300.00 (this time, 700.00 last time) and that I should call them back.....nope, nada, now to stop them from calling my landline!

Robocall scam. Unless you request a call from Amazon online, they are not going to call you.

Got a call with a voicemail about an Amazon purchase for $29.  I did make an Amazon purchase the day before for $28.82 so I called them back.  After talking to the guy for a minute I realized he was a scammer.  But how did they know I made an Amazon purchase close to the amount they said?
