302-405-1102

I get up to 2 a day.  I have a suspicion that it's a non-profit, but not entirely sure.

In the past month (Oct 2007)I have received several missed calls on my cel phone from this 302-405-1102 number & no voice mail msg was left.  Finally, I answered the call & no voice recording, fax dial tone or human responded to my hello & the call dropped/disconnected.

I believe the scammers are hoping you call back the # so that your phone will be charge a fee for the call to them (like a 900#). This is what happened to my friend.

My phone is already on a do not call list.

I have received calls from this number as well (I have 917 area code).  I did in fact call the number back and heard a recording that said "This number is not in use."  I also receive a few of these a day.  Annoying!

By the way, I did a reverse phone lookup on line and found this information regarding the number:

Same here, every day pretty much, sometimes twice a day. I just hang up on them now but I'm starting to get the feeling it's just a computer. Is there a way to block this number?
