Caller ID says Wilmington, DE. Called on a Sunday evening. Now blocked with phone service provider.

Getting more and more of these scam calls

called  my answering machine on sunday at 8.40 pm.  no message.

Caller ID says "SPAM? WILMINGTO".  They leave no message.

Off site, there are a few reports claiming that it's the DNC (Democratic National Committee) calling.

They called for fundraising purposes.  No message was left, but they have an outgoing message saying they recently called for fundraising purposes.

Caller ID said "Suspected spam".  I did not answer, caller left no message.

Three weeks since previously reported call, this time caller ID said "Telemarketer".  Caller did not leave a message.

Thanks to all who posted!  Call came in at 1:19pm.  No message left and no CID other than a repeat of their phone number.  I seriously doubt that that this is the DNC calling.  Have now blocked the entire 302 area code.

No vm. Scam suspicion.  A lot of scam calls appear to be originating from Wilmington, DE.

prolly wealthy politicians using do not call loophole
