Card Services scammers are at it again.  This time using 302-427-4513.  I find it amazing anyone would be foolish enough to fall for their scam, but obviously they find enough to stay in business.

Scamming [***].

I just received a call from them but did not answer my cell phone.

Received a call from this number on my cell. Did not answer and no vm left.

How do they get cell phone numbers, especially on "do not call" list? I also received a call but did not answer.

Got a call about a half hour ago from them. I wanted to pick it up because I have some friends and business contacts in Wilmington, DE which is supposedly where the number originated. But I let it go since I figured they'd leave a voicemail if it was important.

Glad I checked the number out and found this page.

8/7/13 11:58 AM called my Google Voice number and did not leave a message.

Scam. Says: "We are calling from your credit card to let you know that you qualify for a lower interest rate of 6.9%! Your eligibility for this offer is limited and will expire soon. Please press 1 to speak to a representative or press 2 to discontinue notices of this offer."

That's not 100% verbatim but pretty close. Hung up and found this page. Didn't state an actual CC company or a brand name. SCAM.

I hate spam callers.  Do people really believe these scammers?

Same here. Call and no message. I never answer unless I know the number.
