I received two calls in one hour from this number, the second leaving a message.  A man calling himself David Grey (or Greg) claims to be calling me about possible prosecution by the US Treasury.  This is a scam and I have received these calls before, although from a different number. In that case, the man sounded S. African. This one sounds European, but I cannot say where he is from. Folks, the Feds do not contact you by phone, failing to mention your name.  You may have a problem with the IRS, but these guys are not connected with it.

I got a robotic call from this number a few minutes ago and it was much like the one I got from a Washington DC number a while back and posted here. It was the second such call of the day (I hung up the first time, then waited to hear the number the second time it called because caller ID said it was from New Castle, DE and coincidentally I was in DE 2 weeks ago.) Caller was also a male with an accent I couldn't identify, named David something, and said I was risking all sorts of scary federal jail terms if I didn't call him. He didn't claim to be with the IRS, which the DC caller did 2 weeks ago. Unspecific.

He just called again; this time no caller id. Name given is "David Gray."

Same experience as the others called at 10:11 am today and also threaten us. What losers! Caller said his name was David Grey. I guess they feel if they do it long enough someone will fall for it.

Recorded message to my answering machine.  Same David Grey US Treasury scam.  At least the 3rd call and 3rd number from these dirt bags.  Only left a message twice.  I have reported to the FBI.

I was curious so I called them back, they claimed that I will be arrested in 45 minutes. Waiting.....
They didn't ask me for anything specific like money or SS#.  I guess I don't get the point of this scam, or the phone call.

I got a call from "David Grey" leaving a message threatening me with all kinds of very scary sounding things -- "Enforcement action by the Treasury Department"  "ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid an appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury."  So, this is the first call I've gotten from these dirtbags, they never mention anything specific, never mention my name, never even say who they are, the caller ID doesn't say who they are.  I hope someday the laws will be changed so that all of these telemarketing lowlifes can be sent to prison where they belong.

These lowlifes are very probably in India or Pakistan.  Just ignore them.

"David Grey" left his robo-message about the Treasury Department three times, then he called me back five more times yesterday and left the same message three more times each time. So he left me the same exact message 18 times yesterday until my voicemail box was full.  He reminds me of a crazy ex-girlfriend of mine.

I just called them back four to troll them. They were very leary. They hung up on my each time after I tried fishing for more info.

I have received 2 calls within 30 min of each other recording said that if I did not call back that I would have to go in front of a federal judge and could be prosecuted.  It is a fraud do not call them back. I called them over a month ago and told them I am going to report them and they said go ahead and KNOW ONE cares in the legal dept that I called

I called them back and said I was from the FBI and now the # is no longer in service this is the biggest scam that there is. I did what another caller said they did by calling them back and harassing them back. I would like to know what can be done know one cares that elderly like my mother (88) could give them the information that they are seeking and be scammed why do we have people out there that are getting paid to check these calls and know one wants to STOP these criminals

Same message as everyone above....I don't get the point of their call.  Also had treating calls a couple of months ago supposedly from the IRS.  Ridiculous!!!

I just put their phone number on a spammed insurance fax that came in. I figure these two might like to connect.

A man with an Indian accent calls from 302-440-0756. He uses name David Gray. It is an IRS scam to trick you into giving money.
