Called right after a call from a san fransisco number saying the same thing. It was a female computer voice saying they are the IRS (right) irs never calls you saying you owe,  caller id only says New Castle, DE.   Next time i'll let it go through and  say i'm with  irs investigations team and see if they hang up.  It worked on the Microsoft scammer calling now they quit calling, after I answered their number with  Microsoft tech support team.   lol

Called back, some due with an Indian accent wanted my person info, pretending to be an IRS agent.

U owe money for taxes and will have warrent for ur arrest

No, it's a scam. The IRS will not call YOU (not u), they will send mail to YOUR (not ur) address. You are also not warned if there is a warrant for your arrest.
