    government contracts is what they are trying to sell . I personally think it's all [***] and would not use them. Either way I'm on the Do Not Call list so what good does that do. So I am blocking that number

    If they called a business number then you are not protected by the DNC list despite actually being on it. Telemarketers selling goods or services are not required to screen against the DNC list if they are calling a known business number.

    Said she was from GPE calling regarding GSA Contracts with the Federal Government.

    Unwanted, unsolicited call to sell services to help procure a US Government GSA contract.  Had no idea of the nature of the business when questioned.   Got defensive and asked to speak to somebody "important".  When accused of lying and told not to call back, called back twice more and sent a loud tone through the phone before hanging up.
