I got a call from DE and the person tells me that there will be charges in Bexar county for fraudulent charges against me within 24 hours. I told them I was not the person and that I needed a number to call back for when I contacted that person. they of course told me that they could not tell me what it was about but the person needed to call them immediately

This person called my cell and never laft a message, but some how they called my parents house and left a message, stating that I owed them money using a star card, which I do not have and that they were going down to dale county courthouse to file paperwork. I won't to know how these people are able to get my number as well as my parents phone number.

I keep getting calls at my work and on my cell phone from this number claiming to be thing called pre legal.i asked them to stop but still keep calling.
