This guy calls and doesn’t leave a message. I’ve picked  up a few times and told Tom to stop calling. He hangs up. I think he uses multiple numbers.

Definitely a scam. Caller ID shows a variety of names such as the most recent "Officers Assn." They also use "Pol Assn" and "United Officers." All the Caller IDs give the impression of an official, probably police-related organization. They are robo-calls and never leave a message. The calls are a scam; you can safely block this number.

7/23/18 17:00 PDT   Didn't answer because ID was "V"oip and don't know area code 302.  No message left.  Check here proves I can ignore this call and if they try again, will probably block.

These scammers keep calling, like "breast cancer"  scammers do....different IDs, different area codes, different numbers.

"Pol Associates" called and left no message. Number blocked.

Dummy caller who thinks yelling in the phone is going to convince you he is  representing authority figures in need of money.

I tracked this down to Marcelino Enterprises in Florida, run by Luis Marcelino. A former assistant sherrif's deputy, he was involved in an IAB investigation and now does solar telemarketing under the phony name of "advanced solar solutions" and he does "inspirational speaking". His FEI number is 82-1055336.
