This is a spammer. I didn't answer because no Caller ID came up. but I called it back and it says I can block it by pressing the number "1". They don't Identify them selves.

They are calling my office number 2 or 3 times a day from a caller ID of 3025004155.  It's a robot saying they are "General Electric Home Security" and it wants real verbal responses to questions.  I finally got fed up and answered the robot's questions acting like I was interested in the product so that I could get to a live person. It worked.  When he got on the phone after a minute of holding, he then said they were "Family Security" or something like that.  So he didn't mention General Electric again which was weird.  I asked, "Is this company owned by another security company, like ATT?".  He responded, "no, we have our own monitoring services".  I then said, "Just in case we get disconnected, is there a number I can reach you at?".  He said "sure" and then the call disconnected. They get scared off very easily since they are going after only the most naive people willing to hand over all their information.

The REAL General Electric Security company website has even posted a message warning people that there are calls occurring claiming to be them.  So clearly the people calling from this caller ID is a scam.

I do not know how to stop the calls. I tried calling the number back, but I get another robot allowing me to be put on the "do not call list", however, my place of work changes my caller ID to our general number instead of my desk phone.  So therefore I have no idea how I'm going to stop these calls.

Next time they call, I will waste their time again, and trick them into telling me more. I'm sure I won't get anywhere but it's entertaining at the least to make the guy get all excited that I'm interested and about to give them my credit card.
