    I received a voice message from 302-500-6572.  The VM said her name was Elizabeth and was calling from the Underwriting Department regarding my Capital One C/C.  She said I may be eligible for a 1.9% rate.  She said to call her directly in the underwriting department @
    1-800-258-6019.  I checked with Capital One (just to notify them of this obvious scam) and of course they is no such department and the 800 number doesn’t belong to them.
