Phone rang 4 times, I answered, "Hello"  got no reply.
This showed up on my caller ID "304-502-4221 Wilmington De"  no name.

I've been getting at least one call a day from mystery phone numbers and I don't answer the call.  This one, since it had a place, I thought it was legit.  Guess not....
I called this number back, it rang 10 times with no answer.

Receive these almost daily. Also received a text that I had subscribed to a trial of something like Wilmingtion today or something. I did not subscribe to anything.

I don't know if this is the case for this number, but I have been receiving their calls, also. Sometimes calls from Wilmington, DE are related to credit cards that are placed for collection. I don't answer the calls and they don't leave any messages, sometimes even hang up before the recorder kicks in.

got call from them internet marketer . bought something from them a couple of days ago
