Spam about a mediation I have no idea about.  Sounded official and threatening.

Very generalized call wanting info for a civil court mediation. Called my husband's number yesterday, mine today.

Same as other complaints needs to be stopped called 3 times and asked me to call back 3025046223 instead of 2 threat to send papers to home or work.

Called about mediation - said if didnt respond, I would lose rights to contest. Laughable.

Automated-transcribed voicemail:

Got two calls within a week of each other for the mediation I live in oregon not DE.  The case # they gave was the same. Call back is one digit off from caller 6223.

Can’t really understand who they ask for probable fraud cuz its my landline yes, I still have one I’m not elderly but I’ve had the number for a long time. I feel they try to target elderly

Got a generic call as transcribed above, with no name associated.  Sounds very official, but loosing your right to contest without contact or even an actual name provided for the debtor?  It has to be spam

Called my number asking for my husband by name. Said they had been retained by a plaintiff in a civil complaint which names my husband as the respondent. Gave a case number and phone number to call back (302 504 6223). Sounded legit and scary, but from comments here, I now suspect a scam.

Same information as above but never named anyone on the VM. I have this phone # blocked so it goes directly to VM as I don't answer calls I don't know and if you can't leave more information then I won't return the calls.

Same as above. Court mediation and to consider the call an official warning.

Come and get me Rick Howard! I'm sure you know were to find me..FYI for anyone that gets this phone call these matters are dealt with by registered mail not random phone calls.

Same as everyone else. About some small civil complaint and going to court. They can't even provide a case number.

Very official sound. Said something about civil suit and loosing my rights. Spam.. I see there are lots of complaints on this number so why do they still get by with it... Not happy

Same has everyone else threatening a lawsuit if I dont return the phone call.

Mr Howard called and threatened me (Civil Matter) I’m a Deputy Sheriff - I called his number in Delaware PA - I wished him a good day - Said that it was too bad he didn’t live in my county and State so I could meet with him in person.
