Civil law suit scam. I had the same call from this number as the person above.

Scam.  Just got the call today

got 2 calls yesterday one on my cellphone and then one on my work phone.  neither one I picked up.  They left a message about a mediation but nothing else.  they leave a callback number and I tried twice to call back and no answer.

This number keeps calling my phone with a recorded message to call this number because of a claim that will be lodged against me in 72 hours. To call 302-504-6223 immediately.

Same fraudulent call I received. Sick and tired of scams.

My family members as well as myself have been receiving these robotics calls threatening of lcivil complaints filed against me. Called back & got no answer

Said if I did not call back I would lose my rights to mitigation and would be turned over to local jurisdiction for processing

The caller left a threatening message on my voicemail.

person doesn't even speak clearly!  these types of calls should be illegal.

Same call from Rick Howard a scammer.  Why do you waste your time and mine with this ridiculous call.

"This is Rick Howard. We have been retained here by the plaintiff to process and facilitate a civil complaint that names you as a respondent.  An in-depth investigation is being conducted on your case and in accordance with state law, we are required to notify you 72 hours before filing. You or your attorney have a brief window to address this matter with my office directly by calling 302-504-6224. Failure to respond may result in the issuance of an appearance ticket delivered by courier to your place of employment or residence. Good luck."

get these calls at least once a week gone through the 72 hrs or else several times.  interesting I never hear a call just the message on the voice mail. Really want to go one on one with this character.  It is a scam I know but want to have some fun with him!  LOL

They were threatening, NOT NICE PEOPLE. raised their voices and all. One person saying I owed $1900 then the next one said $3000.

I got the same type of message from "Rick Howard" today.  "Civil complaint that has you as a respondent.  You or your attorney have 72 hours to call my office before the complaint is filed. Failure to call may result in a Ticket of Appearance courier showing up at your place of work or residence".  Garbage call.  Scam.  Delaware area code.

Pretty much the same as all the above except a 'complaint' would be filed with local authorities if I didnt respond within 24 hours. It is fairly obvious its BS since bureaucracies love their paperwork and I didnt have any. Also, a mediation would only occur if two parties already involved in a dispute of some sort agreed to resolve it with a mediator. I wish these people would just stop and maybe get a real job! Losers!!
