Unfortunately, this number was not blocked by my service so I have blocked it manually and issued a request to investigate it and block it. It called my landline twice within 60 seconds and the second time actually left a voice mail. Apparently, I have student loans, however, I don't have loans, never had them and never will. Now we have Susan Clark calling to discuss repayment options on the federal student loans since there have been changes and to please call 866-294-1331 and give reference number 044403. They are sneaky, for lack of a better word, since they provide a toll free number for call back. Since they are paying (supposedly) for incoming calls, they need the area people call from so they can be properly billed. However, since they have no idea whom they are calling to begin with, calling them back will display your name and number and this is more information for them. Do not answer this call nor call them back.

Edited to add I just searched on this website and there is a thread already for 866-294-1331, however the number that called me was the 302 601-8065.
