- Banker| 1 replyRobo call to contact 302-922-5317, that there are two pending court cases and provided a case file number.
- Caller: Central Customer Recovery
- Banker replies to Bankerit's a SCAM. The man who answered, Mr. Williams, sounded old and poorly educated. When I laughed at him, he said to have fun at court and then tried to insult me as he hung up the phone. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS... It's a total scam. NEVER give your social security number out, not even the last 4 digits. They may have stolen info, but don't fall for it. I've received a call from a similar scam operation 2 years ago and NOTHING happened. DONT WORRY.
- NotSoBadBobCalled for my daughter (used her maiden name); said they've tried to reach her at home but couldn't, so if she doesn't return their calls, they will contact her employer. My daughter hasn't used her maiden name for over 20 years, and hasn't lived here foe over 25 years!
- Caller: Process Division (no Company Name)
- Call type: Debt collector
- AngieConstant recordings left on my voicemail saying their client is trying to collect a debt from me, gives this phone # and a case #, threatens to serve papers to my job or home for me to go to court... never says who they are or who their client is. Look up the phone # online and find hundreds of others in the last couple weeks saying they experienced the exact same thing. Scammers!!!
- Call type: Debt collector

- Anonymous replies to Patrick AI received the exact same phone call. They said I owed over $3,000 from a company called Payday Loan Yes (Never heard of this company) back in 2009 and could settle out of court for $775.00 today. I asked for the name of the company she worked for (Central Customer Recovery Center) and the woman's name was Gretchen Davis. She talked over me the entire time. She was very rude and obnoxious! When I asked for her to send me validation of the debt that was owed and not to call my place of employment, she told me not to worry because I would be served with papers in the next hour. She mentioned it was sent to 3 addresses and I never responded. I've never received anything from these people. This is a scam. Don't fall for it. She wouldn't give me the address of the company she worked for and refused to mail me proof that the debt was owed. She said she doesn't have to give me the address because they have nothing to do with my case, all they do is accept payments by visa or mastercard if I chose to settle out of court.
- David| 1 replySame as above, almost exactly. I downloaded an app ($) after my first conversation. With "Shawn Mills" who hung up on me after I started asking questions about his company.. I have noticed that they give slightly different acronyms for the "litigation firm" (CCR/CRR/CRC).. they stopped answering for a while but I got two convos recorded. Both times I was hung up on after trying to get info. I asked for their state license number and this lady said, "oh no you ain't getting all that" lol.

- AmyI have received a few calls as well as my husband stating that they have 2 charges pending. This is a partial recorded message also stating that they will come to my home and place of employment.. They also stated that they will be in touch with my human resources dept to proceed with the proper protocol. Everything that I have read says this is a scam.
