Called my landline today, only 3 rings, did not pick up.  Caller ID said LECAFLE

Called to speak with my son or spouse. Said this is Mother number he abruptly hung up. Tried to redial call would not go through.

Caller ID said "1 2 3 24 Hour Locksmith".  I Did not answer.

Caller ID said "1 2 3 24 Hour A".  Don't these folks ever give up?

My husband answered. He sent me a text that the (landline) phone was for me, but I didn't see it right away for bathing kids. 6 minutes later I got to the text and he said they might still be on the line. Sure enough, still connected... no one there. I hung up and called back - call connected to dead air before ringing. Tried 3 times with same result before googling the number. Caller ID: LECAFLE

This is a scam "hero" charity.  Some other posters have indicated that is "law enforcement coalition" or something along those lines.  A fake charity set up to enrich the call center owners.

Caller ID said "1-2-3-24 Hour"----
I didn't recognize the name, so I didn't pick up.  They didn't bother to leave a message.  Area Code 303 is in Colorado.

Call every single day. Never leave a message.

Multiple calls, leaves no message.

  I didn't answer.  They woke me up after an 18 hour, overnight  shift, so it would not matter what the heck they were peddling...  And I am in Colo, so just using my area code to look better.
