This number as well as 614 and 303 area code numbers have been calling about  times a day from 8am to 9pm, I guess they are all credit collector numbers?

Same here. Cell Phone rings and I don't get to it in time. They don't leave a message. Then an hour later another call.

These people are calling my cell phone and costing me money several times a day. They don't want to answer my questions about who they are so I don't answer their questions. I know that when companies w/ 800 #'s have incoming calls it cost them anywhere from $5-$7 per call. So I'm thinking about going online and signing THEM up for as many other sales companies as possible! Maybe they will stop calling continuously when they get calls from other annoying companies and it starts to cost them!

These companies need to be forced to leave a message when they encounter a VM and maybe call one or two more times. Then if we are interested in their product we can call them back. But to call several times a day for several days in a row is harassment.

Called the number back and it said for information regarding World Financial Bank.....then refers to Lane Bryant, Fashion Bug, etc. So I am thinking that I am behind in one of my credit card payments OR they are trying to sell me something. If I am behind, shame on me. If they are sales calls, shame on THEM!

This outfit calls several times a day from various locations.  Kansas City, Hilliard, Oh.,Grove City, Oh. and others.  I usually ignore the ringing but once in a while I will answer to let them know that my wife and I are now divorced and she does not live at this number.  Waste of time.  Surely there is a way to get even with these people?

I get several calls a day from this number asking for my Mother. I tell them that she has been confined to a nursing home for the last year and one half (which is true) yet they continue to call. They refuse to say who they are or who they represent. I believe they may be debt collectors. If so their refusal to identify themselves is a violation of federal law.

They call every day, sometimes twice a day and no one is ever on the line. We do have a Lane Bryant credit card and a Fashion Bug card. I did not know untill finding this website who could be calling.  We used both credit cards when my daughters were young and living at home however, we have not used them for years. Both credit cards have ZERO BALANCES.  I guess I will cut them up and stop doing business with them both after the they have treated me.

These people called my cell and when I let it go to VM they IMMEDIATELY called my work number!! They did not leave a message either time. If you want me to call you back, leave a freaking message.

Definitely part of the Lane Bryant/Fashion Bug entity "World Financial Bank".  The reason they do not leave any messages is they run an automated system to call delinquent accounts.  If you did schedule a payment for any of their credit cards, it may take up to 48 BUSINESS hours (!) to update their systems.  Annoying - yes.  Especially when the system auto dials your cell then your work.

As a follow up. I emailed Lane Bryant. Requesting my phone number be
placed on there do not call list. I had also requested to be sent a copy of
there "do-not-cal- policy". They are required under federal law to comply with
with both of my request. There response was willfully inadequate. They only
stated they would stop calling and ignored my request for there "do not call policy".
They are required under federal law to comply with BOTH of my request. I will
now fill a complaint. Again "I own them nothing" and this is the way they have
    treated a good customer.

I emailed a complaint to Lane Bryant asking them
to stop calling me and hanging up.  They emailed
back to say the calls were for advertising and they
would stop with-in a week. I own them nothing.
My account is paid in full. They use this phone number
for more that just debt collection. They also use this
phone number to harass good paying customers
    as well.

Even though our account is up to date they still call our house from early morning to late at night. Ever since the World Financial Bank has taken over certian accounts their paper work is back logged and charging late charges that don't really exist

Received 4 calls on my cell phone today before 11:00 AM.  I answered first call and a person with an Indian accent asked for me.  Pretending to be someone else, I asked who was calling and he refused to identify himself, so I hung up.  Like others on this site, I have both Fashion Bug and Lane Bryant accounts.  Both accounts are current.
