Called did not leave message, no voicemail

Have gotten a few calls from this number.  Twice, I didn't catch the call in time, and they left no messages.  Third time, I answered and no one was there, just dead air.  I immediately called the number back and got an automated response, stating the survey I was chosen for was now over.  Number is now blocked.
