I am too.  I just got a call from a man saying he was conducting a survey with the Virginia Department of Health.  I asked him not to call again because he had called many times before.  He told me it was his job to convince me to take a survey.  He offered me $10 to take the survey.

What was your experience?

Yeah some guy calls me every night from this number as well.  I just answer it each time and press mute.  I enjoy hearing him say hello over and over again.

This guy called me at 9.00pm and offered me $10 to take a survay conducted by some gvt helth organization.
he sounds creepy, and I said no.

I just got the same call from a man saying he was doing a survey for the Dept of Health in Ohio.  I've also ben getting collection calls from this number - beware.

Keeps calling over and over again on my cell phone.  Calls at all hours of the day and night and on Saturdays and Sundays.

been calling over and over, once a day for over a week, finally got someone when I answered.   I knew what was up because I read up on this number.   I ask her why she was calling me from WV when this is for Ohio.   Said they were hired by Ohio to do the survey.    I told her it was spam, she said she had numbers for me to call if I didnt believe her (wish I would have gotten the numbers she told me she had) told her to leave me alone, we'll see what happens from here

just got a missed call from these people. I tried to call back, but it didn't even ring through.

The guy that called me from this number said he was from Department of Transportation. Wanted to pay me $5 to do a survey.

We keep getting cals from this number for a survey. We evn talked to them and told them not to call anymore and to take us off their list. Well, it didn't do any good they called 3 more days in a row. The problem is they are calling my cell phone using up my minutes.

This stupid number keeps coming on my phone.  Problem is that each time they call, I have my phone on mute or just can't take the call. Looks like I don't need to answer it for some 10 buck survey.. Thanks everyone for the heads up!

This is a West Virginia number, and it's also a cell phone number...

Scammer more than telemarketer it seems, getting alerts here in Oregon.  He/They are asking folks about cell phone bills, energy bills, etc... posing as public/non-profit employees, obviously phishing for some kind of personal info.

Some guy wanted me to take a survey and talk to whoever was in charge of the electric bills.  I'm in Oregon and its starting here I guess.  I just hung up so I could watch the last seconds of the NBA final game, what timing.  This guy has my number, but apparently not my name.....scam.

Watch out for this one. Said oregon energy survey then started asking personel info.
Don't give details ever!!    Bad vibe!!!    
Caller from Virgina... 8pm here makes it 11pm there.
Yeah, that's when people work to take surveys and calling long distant I don't think so.

I am also from oregon and have recieved 2 calls from this number on my cell phone. I advised them not to call back the first time and they still called back today.

I received several phone calls. Said they were from VA. Dept of Health and offered me $10 if I qualified to complete their survey. I asked them how they got my number, they said from random dial. I know 304 is not VA, but WV area code, so I found that odd.  But I told no I would take any survey.

THIS IS SPAM CALLING, PEOPLE.... do not trust, do not talk to, tell them to stop calling you then submit a complaint on www.donotcallregistry.com !!!!!

The ass$%^ who keeps calling me (3 times in two weeks) says they're calling about Massachusetts healthcare.... and I live in California. Don't give them ANY fuel: HANG UP!!

I was called repeatedly by this number.  Each time I told them not to call again, but they kept calling; THAT'S HARASSMENT.  By the third time, I gave them the little bit of info they asked for so that they would stop calling.  It didn't seem like harmful information in my case, but I got hooked by the phisher.  They probably plan to make money by selling this information to telemarketers.  I filed an anonymous complaint to the FTC about this number.  I hope that helps.
