Don't answer or call back, when you do that it moves your number up higher on the robo call list. You let them know it's a live line when you allow contact. They will spoof their number so caller ID is useless. Just ignore it. Legitimate businesses will leave you a message.

Just called me, didn't pick up, its 4th of July so I knew it must have been some shady [***]. Checked online and voila. Word of advice: transfer your number to google voice that way you can mark numbers like this one as spam and never hear from them again. Its not straight forward to transfer a landline to gv but it is possible, search online.
