ok first of all for those who say you're registered on a DNC list should really have gone over what they were registering up for in the first place.  the dnc list is targeted for companies with commercial interest.  thus receiving the name teleMARKETERS. now on the other hand a tele-surveyor is for research purposes and has no interest in selling any type of products to the person on the other end of the phone. they just call to do surveys on many subjects. so DNC lists do not apply to these companies.

Yeah, I got called by someone at this number also. My answering machine has a message on it in plain English asking for the caller to just leave a message at the sound of the tone. Perhaps this will deter many of these calls; being that many calling from this number are speaking Spanish, from what I can surmise from the posters here. The Do Not Call Registry has more leaks in it than a submarine with a screen door on it. So, next time you get an unknown or unexpected caller, just ignore it. And if it is important someone will leave you a message.

I got a call from this number, but caller left no voice mail. I tried calling back, but the number would not dial.

monday aug 11 at 9:03.  Could hear someone and background noise but they hung up.  called back several times and it was busy.  Is this someone trying to see if someone is home so they can rob the place?  This number is local for me

Yes I just got a call from this number and googled it but it came stating that it was from Miami,Fl and a land-line number.  Must be a telemarketing company.

Not sure why this number is calling........Would like it to stop!!!

calls every day around 5:30 pm on the hour or so.

I picked up the phone today and heard spanish speaking men in the background. I answered YELLOW....and a woman kinda giggled and hung up.

Somehow I seriously doubt that caller was from Duke because 305 is the area code for Miami, FL.

told the caller not interested in participating in survey.  they keep calling.

Did not answer.  Did not recognize info on caller ID

I keep getting calls from this person. I heard that the person is named Jessica and only speaks spanish. You guys should get a spanish to english dictionary and next time this "Jessica" person calls, just say hola, and whatever else you need to say. Or just report this to the police or the community. Who knows, this person could be a petifile.

REceived call from this number on 12-4-08 at 9:00PM.  Was on phone and it came in on call waiting.  Was bothered by this person (?) last summer.

Received call from man at this number, who asked whether I spoke Spanish. When I said yes, he asked for my father. I said he is not available at the moment, at which the caller stated in Spanish, "oh, well, this is a survey so I have to speak to him" and promptly hung up.
