Caller stated there were multiple attempts made to reach a family member of mine (they stated his name). They need to serve him a subpoena to appear in court as he is being sued. I kept asking questions and he wasn’t answering them but kept asking if I knew this person and I said no. Caller then stated I asked a lot of questions for not knowing the person and hung up on me.

Received a call from this individual on behalf of one of our employees. Said he was attempting to serve a subpoena, due to a lawsuit. I refused to connect the call to the employee, and they became hostile. I mentioned that their caller ID did not match the name they gave, and they got nasty.

Received a call stating that they were trying to serve a subpoena on me.  Gave me the number of a "law firm" to call.  Of course, I am not calling it because I am not involved in any law case.

Received a call saying that there were documents (first said that it was a subpoena, then said the documents were sealed) that were refused in August ( we don't refuse documents) gave me a number for a "law firm" to call to ask that they resend.
