I received a call yesterday, that another package of lotion will be sent to me on 2/22/17 and that i have to be home to accept the package and that i must have a money order for 700 dlrs payable to bio or they will take me a court, that will cost me $5000 dlrs.

It's a [***] scam

they wanted to confirm my address to send me lotions and money orders.

That happened to me as well. I am scared that they did confirmed my mail address and they said I have to pay them with a money order as well to bio.

They told me same thing and if I don't pay they going to send me to court at Miami Fl. and they were going to send no report me to Immigration that just a scam to get money out I ask the name of Company and the phone and they gave there's .

My mom received the same message and she thought that they were talking about a different product she had ordered called "Pomada La Abeja". She was told the exact same thing about owing $6,000 and and that she had court in Miami and to settle the amount she would only have to pay $740 instead. She accepted the package to be sent to our address. I was not present when she took the call and she was scared so she accepted the package. Should we discard the package once it does arrive?

My mom got the same message and got another call from a different phone number saying that she was the judge handling the case. What they do not know is that we have friends who are lawyers. If this harassment does not stop we will definitely be pressing charges on them. I suggest you do the same. As soon as we receive an answer from our friends I can definitely let you know. My mom did not know about the package she ordered and the scamer tried everything and failed.

Not many prior posters return with a report, but from reading the posts, I would say this is a debt scammer, and I seriously doubt anything that is sent - IF anything is sent - constitutes legal notification of a debt.  In fact, I doubt your mom will receive anything at all.  The game being played is all about harassment, making threats and creating fear in helpless people.

The best thing to do now is to ignore the calls, block the numbers. These are crooks and they thrive on fearful people who try to reason with them.  The more you try to prove your mom's innocence, the more they will call, and the threats will get ugly.

Told me I owed $600 for lotions I did not purchase,nor did I receive.  Told me if I didn't pay, it would cost me over $7,000 for court costs because they were about to take me to court.  I tried calling the number within 5 minutes of hanging up with the caller and the no number "was no longer in service".

My mom received a called from Isabel Contreras claiming she’s a collection lawyer from Florida that my mom didn’t finishing paying for hot shapers pills from Bio or
Bio life. My mom spoke to Maria Munoz claiming we appect  the chargers of $720 from Bio and we need to make a money order. I called they saying it’s a scam and they didn’t want to give me a tracking order. Has any dealt with this too ? The lawyer number is 786-605-3198 and the bio company number is 305-424-1389. Someone please help

Estas personas (305)424-1389 te llaman y te amenazan con llevarte a la corte si no recibes un "paquete" y les pagas con un money order. Nosotros nos negamos... y no paraban de llamarnos. Dia tras dia siempre nos llamaban. Ahora, nos dejaron un mensaje de voz pidiendo el money order o si hacian lo siguiente;
- una demanda en la corte;
- informarle a las companias de credito;
- informarle a inmigracion que estoy en el pais sin documentos y que tengo una demanda.

Señores y Señoras... todo esto es ilegal y no es real. Por favor no les den ningun centavo a estas personas que desafortunadamente son de nuestra raza, cultura y origen. Una demanda por dinero ($750) no resulta en una demanda criminal ni civil ni menos en el contacto con inmigracion.

Que tristesa con estas personas y espero que algun dia paguen por lo que le estan haciendo a nuestra comunidad.

It's a scam. Don't pay anything or give them any information. Report to your local consumer protection agency and even call your congress representative so they can investigate these people.
