    Fraudster:  Received debt collect email from Attorney Nick Wilson that threatens "summons order" to appear in court and also a garnishment of wages, which is a crock of sh**t.  Poor language syntax, obviously foreign-originating, most likely India.  I have filed complaints with FTC, CPFB, FBI, Attorney General of the State of Florida.  Traced IP address, too. FBI moved against a debt collector in India a couple of years ago; their American agent in California and Indian co-conspirators went to jail.  These crooks will be going to jail too.
