Received a call, was no one on the other end of the line that I could hear. I think it might be a scammer hoping for me to say "Yes" so that my recorded voice could be used elsewhere. All I said was hello, waited 10 seconds for a response, then hung up.

Call so many times I hate the number all reay

Answered and got a live voice. They desire some security company. When they asked how I was doing and I said great, my wife just won $25,000 lottery ticket, she hung up. I thought they might stay on the line longer...

'Monica ' called my cellphone and wanted to ask me 'a couple ' of questions. All good and fine, except I was working and couldn't talk. I'm  going to talk if I'm not busy next time she calls and ask her to 1-900 me.  Might as well waste her time, right?

That is not a real person, but a decent robo call. I played along and it started having issues. It was attempting to get you to say yes to one of it's multiple questions.

This is a recorded call saying you owe money.  Threatens you with a warrant and court.

Get several calls from this number each day. These people should be hung upside down and feed laxatives.
