    Unknown caller is stating that Cardholder Services with Visa & MasterCard wanted this unknown voice call like this to contact us at random.  WHY?  NOT TRUE!, because Webster Bank, Chase United Bank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Capital One, People's United Bank, and many other national bank branches would NEVER call us like that especially if they NEVER sent us any official notice in the mail about whatever low interest rates Visa & MasterCard are offering?!
