Processing summons division (no company name),  message said I had forfeited my right to rectify the mattter, and that their client will be proceeding against me legally. The message also said that I will be served in HR or on my property.  That this was their third and final call, but that the client is still willing to rectify the matter.  Sooo, if they are proceeding, why call me???  JUST SERVE ME! I have gotten this same phone call too many times to count with the same lame recording.  No action has been taken.  I kinda wish they would at this point...

Received the same call and message today from this phone number- also this same recorded message has been coming from another phone number as well in Rhode Island-401-223-3248.  They must be using multiple phone numbers to call people from across the country to try and get people to respond.

Do they give you a case# to reference?  Do you recall what that was?  I want to see if they are providing everyone with the same case #.

They asked me to reference case number P6561

Also received similar messages from 401-2233-248 and from (877) 3575826.  What interesting is that this onslaught of telephone messages, all start and stop at th same time.  So I agree with you, that it seems to be the same company.

Does anyone know what company this who is calling?  They never say their name in the recordings.  Has anyone talked to responded to a live person yet?

Orginally they called me with a robo message on Monday 5/13 from Phone # 401223-3248.
And on Thursday afternoon they called me from 3073160809

They have to be scammers as they call every month or two
No company name is ever given!!!
