Didn't leave message

Same number...left no message

My caller ID says "Univ of WY"......I have no connection and this number calls 2 to 3 times per week.  Very strange.

These [***] call at least 3 times a week from 4 different numbers:    307-766-2382, 307-766-2758, 307-766-2600 and307-766-2351.

Left no message

I've gotten the same calls from these numbers, too.
766 is only University of Wyoming numbers.

I tried calling it back. Only get a busy signal.

I got three calls from this number. Caller did not leave a messege or text. I returned the call w/ no answer

Said they were from the Idaho dept of tobacco doing a survey, sounded fishy

our call came from 307-766-2382 to our cell phone... he said he was from Idaho Dept of Tobacco doing a survey on people talking on cell phones while driving... distracted driving i guess... once I told him that I wasn't driving at the moment and that I had a land line he said he was only concerned with people who only had cell phones...

There is no Idaho Department of Tobacco.  Fishy.  Wouldn't be outsourced to Wyoming anyway

Got a call from this number on 7/3 and from 307)766-2349 on the sane day to me cell number. Fortuately I didn't answer. The today I got a call again from  the 2382 number which I did answer. Guy says he is from the Idaho Department of ------- (I didn't understand so asked him to repeat it) Idaho Dept of Health. I asked how he got my number and says 'the computer generated it' I hung up on him.

Two calls from 307-766-2382 today an hour apart. Also many calls from -2603, -2478, -2615 and -2351. If they knew me, they'd leave a message. Must be a scam.

So glad I Googled this number..I now see I'm not alone with these harassing constant phone calls! I have been getting calls from this number for about a month now. I never answer and they don't leave a message. I had over 4 calls within a 30 minute period last night and when I finally answered it and said nothing...they stayed on the line for about 40 seconds and then finally hung up. They haven't called since but today is a new day. I'm calling my phone carrier to have this number blocked as I'm tired of the multiple daily calls. I wish these people would get a life!!

1/08/13. Got 2 calls from that number, didn't answer the first and immediately googled it and found this page. Answered the second and a gentleman said he was from the Oregon department of health and asked if there was someone in my household 18-25 that could answer a few questions for a poll. I let him know me and my wife r in our early 30's and r children r much younger than that. He thanked me for my time, told me to have a good day, and hung up. Seems legit to me, if it is some kind of scam I would say it sucks

Calls once a week, breathes into the phone then hangs up.

This number called me 3 times last night.

This number called me twice last night and once last week.  Never leaves any message.

Have received several of these calls but have never been home until tonight. The man said he was from a survey company outsourced by the University of Wyoming conducting surveys on tobacco use and opinions of tobacco use. I did answer the survey questions: they were very generic and did not ask for any real personal information(name, address, place of employment) but did ask my opinion on smoking in my home, workplace, public areas, outdoor public areas and schools. He informed me that at the end of the survey he could give me a contact number for someone responsible for the survey. I got the number and a name. It is a Wyoming number but there was no answer just a voicemail for a Tiffany Cook

Missed the call, left a voicemail of static and breathing. It's registered as some sort of disability service at the Univ. of Wyo.
